    As per the provided document I am suppose to receive my device in 5 to 7 days from the date of payment which I did on 7th june. I still have not received.     Bought an LG 47LM8600 TV last year and had problems ever since. LG changed the main board in the TV 4-5 times in December and now the problem is back and they won't do anything to fix it. Why would they fix it in December and not now. They are just pushing this under the rug now. I have read all over the internet about this happening to a lot of people.     We have a side by side LG refrigerator purchased last summer. The icemaker already quit working and after three calls to LG we have yet to receive a service appointment. Each time they say someone will be back in touch within 3 days but nobody ever calls.     I have called the lg support line 2x now asking for help - first issue was tv not powering on and most recently on January 6, 2011 for my 5 disc dvd players remote not turning on or off the player or adjusting the volume. both times i was told it was a faulty unit and call the lg number of the service number , both times I just pulled the plug out of the socket waited 10 mins and worked perfectly.     This is a complaint about my LG DVD recorder. Mine was 9 months old when it had a motor failure. The part was under warranty, but LG insisted on charging me $85 for the labor to fix it - EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS CAUSED BY THEIR FAILURE. I had purchased it at Best Buy and they went to bat for me to try to get LG not to charge me this fee. LG refused. Best Buy replaced my LG with a Sony for a couple more $.     Purchased a new LG model LWHD7000HRY7 window unit air conditioner/heater in one unit. Installed by contractor in new construction. This 7000 btu unit will not heat a 200 sq ft room that is windowless (the unit is installed in a special custom wall cut through sized to the unit). Room is insulated heavily with closed cell spray foam insulation (best you can do) and only has one new insulated door.     I recently purchased an LG eXpo and I am very computer savvy. This is the most terrible product I have ever owned.     It has been very frustrating owning LG appliances. We built a new house two years ago and bought all new LG appliances to go in it. What a mistake! The microwave stops working randomly, the dishwasher doesn't work at all (after only one and a half years) and we're just waiting for the refrigerator to stop working next. Subject;Unexpected Disregard to customer's problems, respect and non-professional attitude by PEL and LG companies

I am a senior doctor and medical teacher with a fair amount of service in globally recognized institutions in pakistan and abroad. I have got split air conditioners (A/C) of LG company installed in my home. For remedial measures of some technical problems of A/Cs, I was directed by the LG company to contact PEL company due to some agreement of cooperation (merger ?) between the two companies. I was’ optimistically’ delighted to have full cooperation and ‘customer care’( with respect) from two big companies of international fame.

The summary of sequence of events, mentioned below , would clearly indicate noon-cooperation, non-professional attitude ,total disregard to customers problems based upon excuses, disinformation and negligence; I contacted PEL (PAK ELEKTRON LIMITED; G.P.O Box 1614;Lahore – Pakistan; Tel(042)5811952-57; Fax;(042)5822682,5810156;Dir CSD Tel/ Fax:5822 853) for my problem in last summer ie September 9 ,2009.Mr.shoaib,representative of the company(cell-03218542291), checked A/C, charged Rs. 400 and issued a receipt (no;042583 ; date; September 9 ,2009; WORK ORDER Ref. 04107) and promised to replace ‘Blowing motor plus kit’ and’ Moving motor’within few days.

After sometime PEL staff started blaming LG for non-cooperation in terms of supply of items/gadgets etc. It is a long story of 'broken promises', false statements/excuses etc. which has created tremendous amount of mental and physical torture, inconvenience, disturbance etc to me and my family. I have spent a lot of time and money in making innumerable 'request' phone calls but all in vain. For instance; 042-5811951-9,ext;3228/042-5822853 ( mr.nazim saeed-incharge/ mr.Anwar/ mr.shabir Haider).I requested mr.Imran(manager-03214444708) who seemed little concerned on phone.After about two weeks persuation, mr. shoaib visited my house and has taken the moters and kit away with him,probably for repair (not replacement).Once again, there is no response .

In this harsh summer of scorching heat, two of my A/Cs are non-functional leading to terrible disturbance of my family and it is only because of ruthless attitude,carelessness of local staff members of PEL and probably LG..
.Keeping in view the good-will of both the companies, I do not intend to bring this whole issue before media, court of law etc. Please show positive concern Prompt, positive response is expected and requested to avoid 'unpleasant' situation in future.

Horrible HDTV - purchased a 42LG30 HDTV jAN 2009 FROM CIRCUIT cITY - TRIED TOTAKE BACK WITHIN A FEW WEEKS BUT THEY WERE IN BANKRUPTCY AND WOULDN'T RETURN- horrible problems with sound and speakers, fuzzy areas on screen - the picture is not clear, and little sqaures of the picture come and go...what a major mistake -service is a joke...DO NOT BUY LG

I, the complainant, am a retired Professor & principal of an engineering college and in my post retirement am on the staff of a private engineering college.

I purchased your LG TV model Flatron(29 inches screen) latest model in September 1905. One of your officers Mr Chaturvedi, who is incharge of LG-Airconditioners in Bhopal city helped me getting it. He arranged to call the latest piece from Indore as it was not available in Bhopal show room. Since the day it was delivered to me, it didn’t function satisfactorily but due to a busy schedule of each one in the family, we couldn’t take its malfunctioning seriously and with the help of your service center pulled on. It is since Dec 2008 that it started giving trouble. First its Power unit went off. New one took some few days to arrive from Indore and then its replacement and testing another few days and it started working. After ten to twelve days. Again some thing went wrong and your service center fellows took another few days to make things go. This repair not only costed me some two-three thousand rupees but the children of my family got extremely bored and worked up and with great extra efforts they could be silenced.
Since last week, again, the TV is lying non-functional. This time some other Unit went off. Your Service technician was waiting for some component to arrive from Indore. When it arrived, he took another few days to fix it. After that he located that the equipment is getting heated up and he requires to take the entire equipment to the workshop to examine each bit of it. He may do so on Tuesday i.e., 24th Feb. He says that, “In the present condition, this TV can not run for more than 10 minutes continuously. It gets heated up. Then it requires to be cooled down.”
I strongly feel that coincidently and unfortunately, the set supplied to me is defective. I, therefore request you to replace the entire set. I hope you will attend to my complaint without delay else I will be forced to go to court of law for redressal.

Please instruct your people to replace my set at earliest.

want to wast time n money buy LG Products. Worse customer service and it took 3 months to fix my TV. I adviced my friends and family member to not buy LG.Also they show me how much time I spend with LG customer service to fix my TV. I will give them 1/10 for customer service. 1/10 for fixing my tv.Also there manager lie too. So do not trust there managers.

LG products are terrible and their customer service is worse. My son's cell phone
has broken 3 times in the last 11 months; every time we have to send it in, he loses
all his contacts, etc. The last time, they refused to fix it! It's still within
the warranty timeframe.
NEVER buy LG!
